Port Elizabeth Express sport correspondent, Selby Madikane, was awarded as the Photographer of the Year at the prestigious Eastern Cape Sport and Recreation Achievers Awards at a function that was held in the East London International Conference Centre on Friday, August 30. This is the second time that he wins this award. The awards honoured individuals, federations and teams who have excelled on and off the sports field between June 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019.
