FOLLOWING the success of the Snow White and Puss In Boots productions, Pemads will once again provide exciting holiday entertainment for the family with their production of Sleeping Beauty, The Pantomime at The Little Theatre from tonight until December 16.

A total of 31 talented, lively and enthusiastic cast members, who range in age from seven to 60-plus, will sing, dance and act their way into the hearts of spectators and tickle their funny bones.

Princess Snowdrop, their Sleeping Beauty, will be played by Angela Freer, while her royal parents will be played by Charl Vollgraaff and Vanessa Smith.

Her handsome Prince is played by Arthur Daniels, who, with Rob Andrew as his trusty valet, Maurice, will ensure laughs aplenty. Finally, the evil Poison Ivy will be played by Rose Cowpar.

Adding to the laughter and fun will be a trio of good fairies, a woman on the lookout for a man to ease her lonely life, her hen-pecked son, three lovable gossips and a bloodhound with no sense of smell.

Tickets to Sleeping Beauty, The Pantomime are available from Computicket at R90.
