A GALAXY of stars will be making their way to the Sunday’s River Valley to perform on the giant Adventure Province Main Stage at this year’s SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees.

The festival for the whole family will roar into action on Friday, June 30, when more than 350 specialist stalls open for business.

The centrepiece for many festival-goers is the giant Adventure Province Stage, which is sponsored by the Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency.

“This year’s festival is all about embracing your wild through all four seasons of the year,” said festival director Jenni Honsbein.

The Adventure Province Main Stage line-up for Friday will include Chantelle Bosch, Gerhard Pace, Brendan Peyper, Riana Nel, Radio Kalahari Orkes, Jack Parow and Theuns Jordaan.

Parental guidance is advised for the entertainment line-up.

Saturday, July 1, will see the entertainment line-up starting earlier than usual at the request of festival-goers.

The line-up includes Elandre Schwartz, Willem Botha, Liezel Pieters, Ray Dylan, Elizma Theron, Nicholis Louw, Refentse, Robbie Wessels, Juanita du Plessis, 4 Werke and Kurt Darren.

On Sunday, July 2, festival-goers will be entertained by some of South Africa’s legends such as Sonja Herholdt, Anton Goosen, Touch of Class, The Campbells, PJ Powers and Emo Adams.

The exciting live entertainment on the biggest stage in the Eastern Cape is included in the 2017 SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees entry fee.

Tickets are R150 per adult per day and R70 per day for children aged 7 to 17. A weekend pass is R350 for adults and R150 for children.

Tickets are available from Westway Café in Cape Road, PE.
