SOME loyal supporters were very disappointed when they saw their sides losing their crucial home games during the ABC Motsepe League matches last Wednesday.

Tornado FC were taken down by Nelson Mandela Bay side Peace Makers, who defeated them 2-1 at Sisa Dukashe in Mdantsane.

Bush Bucks let their home supporters down after they succumbed 3-0 to Mthatha Bucks at North End Stadium in East London, while Matta Milan FC played to a 2-2 draw against the gallant Amavarara at Msobomvu Sports Field in Dutywa.

Butterworth FC shared a 2-2 draw with Birmingham City FC at Walter Sisulu University’s Ibika Campus Field in Butterworth.

Bizana Pondo Chiefs collected three maximum league points for their hard-earned 1-0 triumph over The Guys at Mpeshwa Sports Field in Bizana.

Sibanye FC registered a hard-earned 2-1 win over Highbury during their Nelson Mandela Bay derby that took place at Adcock Stadium in Korsten.

The league takes a break now over the festive season, with the next matches scheduled to take place on January 5, 2019.
