THE volunteers of the Community Chest Winter Woolly Drive expressed their sincere gratitude to the members of the public who supported their intersection collection on Friday, June 30.

The Community Chest volunteers and Caltex Eastern Cape PE team, together with volunteers from Atlas Security and Round Table PE West 142, endured the cold weather conditions to collect donations to keep the less fortunate warm this winter.

“Every year I’m touched to see how united the people of the friendly city are in supporting this campaign,” said Community Chest EC PRO, Colette Theron.

Donations can still be dropped off at the nearest Caltex Service Station or contact the Community Chest offices on 041 582 1592 to collect.
