PE-born Afro-pop artist, Vusi Nova, will be making a stop in his hometown at Nangoza Jebe Hall in New Brighton on Friday, September 21, at 18:00. Hosted in collaboration with St Stephen’s Anglican Church, the concert seeks to raise funds which will support projects in the church and the community. PORT Elizabeth-born afro-pop hit maker, Vusi Nova will once again be gracing his home town with a performance at the Nangoza Jebe Hall in New Brighton on Friday, September 21.

Following his sordid hijack and survival, Nova pledged to give thanks and to be a helping hand in his community, wherever possible.

As the old saying goes, “Charity begins at home”, there is no greater way for the artist to begin this journey than in his home town. Collaborating with his family church, St Stephens Anglican Church in New Brighton, the concert seeks to raise a funds that will support projects in the church and the community.

Nova will be joined by the soul trio 047, Port Elizabeth- born vocalist Asanda Mqiki as well as local talent from the Bay. Mhlobo Wenene’s Mafa Bavuma will be the host for the night.

Expect to hear popular hits from previous albums and some brand new songs from his new album titled Manyan’Nyan, released just last week, with hit singles like Usezondibona ft. Zahara
