Watch out for bumper Black Friday edition next week

2018-11-14 06:01

READERS can look forward to a bumper Port Elizabeth Express newspaper next week Wednesday, filled with Black Friday specials.

Due to the increase in the size and weight of the newspaper, delivery could be slightly delayed on Wednesday.

“More delivery people will be deployed.

“The number of supplements makes the newspaper a lot heavier, resulting in the delivery people being able to carry fewer newspapers at a time. This results in slower delivery,” said Bettie Giliomee-Rossouw, EP Media regional editor.

“During the delivery process, bundles will be placed on verges with a poster indicating that delivery is in progress on top of the bundle,” said Giliomee-Rossouw.

With the festive season approaching, residents are reminded that PE Express delivery people are not allowed to ask for food or money donations.

The delivery people also wear green vests with name tags.

For delivery enquiries, contact Linda at 041 503 6111.
