THE Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA) Algoa Bay branch will be hosting their first Walk with a Purpose clean-up of the year on Saturday, in the Upper Valley Gorge from 9:30am to 10:30am.
Interested parties can join the group, spearheaded by Teresa Zacharie, to clean the area off Upper Valley Road, next to the new Momsen Building.
According to WESSA, a lot of effort has already gone into making this area safe and accessible.
There is plenty of parking available to the left of the Momsen Building for the participants.
Gloves and litter bags will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring hats, sunscreen and bottled water.
