Circle Productions will be presenting the endearing “play for voices” Under Milk Wood by Dylan Thomas, for one night only, at the Rosebank Theatre on Sunday at 17:00.

David Muller performs First Voice and is supported by John McConnell, Nick Lee, Mark Jennings, Sandy Gee, Kirsty Cunnington, Celia Musikanth and Peter Willis.

This show enjoyed acclaim at the end of June in Muizenberg and is being restaged due to public demand.

Dylan Thomas takes his audience on a lyrical and rich journey through the Welsh fishing village of Llareggub. All the wishes, dreams, foibles and failures of over 30 quirky and delightful characters are brought to life by the eight actors.

Under Milk Wood, directed by Coleen van Staden, is very funny and even, occasionally, poignant. V

Tickets cost R120 or R60 for students and pensioners and are available from www.webtickets.co.za.
