Account write-offs today

Ward 78 councillor Eddie Andrews invites Westridge, Portland, Westgate and The Westridge residents to apply to have their municipal arrears written off. Homeowners with an income of less than R4000 and property value of less than R400 000 qualify. Take along your ID and proof of income which includes a salary slip, bond and bank statements for the past three months. If you inherited the house also take along a copy of the last will and testament and state documents. If you receive a Sassa grant, take along proof as well as the municipal account.

The write-offs will be facilitated at the Westridge Library hall today (Tuesday 4 December) from 10:00 to 13:00.
