The residents of Sunnyside Lodge in Plumstead were delighted on Valentine’s day when a red Aramex van pulled up to their home in Morpeth Road baring some Valentine’s cheer. The home, which has 60 residents, cares for the frail aged and provides assisted living for aging individuals. The Aramex team, wanting to brighten up the day and spread some love, gifted each resident with a water-wise succulent plant. The team then made their way to the Ladies Christian Home in Gardens, where the unexpected Valentine’s gifts were handed out to another 50 residents.
