The sixth South African Association for Jazz Education (SAJE) Festival will take place at different venues across Cape Town between Friday 26 April and Sunday 28 April.

The three-day event brings the best South African and international jazz talent to the city during Jazz Appreciation Month. Sunday’s event also forms part of International Jazz Day.

The SAJE Jazz Festival is a biennial event focusing on jazz education, performance, workshops, skills and audience development. It offers a unique forum for musicians, jazz fans, academics, educators and teachers, students and learners to engage with the latest sounds and ideas in jazz – especially South African jazz. Along with workshops, performances and industry displays, there will be opportunities for discussion, information exchange and networking.
