V Rondebosch: Police are looking for three suspects who allegedly robbed a motorist and passengers of the vehicle, while they were parked outside the former zoo parking in Rhodes Memorial on Sunday 8 July. According to Rondebosch police spokesperson Warrant Officer Lyndon Sisam, the suspects searched the occupants and stole cellphones and wallets before driving away in their white Hyundai. One of the suspects reportedly held the victims at gunpoint. Police have warned the public to be vigilant around the parking area and Rhodes Memorial.

V Rondebosch: Rondebosch police arrested a 20-year-old suspect from Kensington for possession of dagga and drug paraphernalia at Rhodes Memorial dam on Thursday 12 July, says Rondebosch police spokesperson Warrant Officer Lyndon Sisam. He appeared before the Wynberg Magistrate Court on Friday 13 July.
