Does Your Mother Know ...

2018-01-16 06:00

Don’t miss all your favourite Abba hits, with a tribute show set to take place at the Masque Theatre on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 January.

Mike McCully (of McCully Workshop and Buccaneer fame) has put together this tribute show with an all-star cast. This show first came to prominence in 2014 at GrandWest Casino and ran for two sell-out seasons.

This time Mike himself is on drums and vocals and leads the cast of bassist extraordinaire Neil Payton, the multi-talented Warren Lomberg on guitars and vocals, and keyboard wizard Gordon Mackay (from McCully Workshop) on violin, keys and vocals. The two women making up the Abba group (both Agnetha and Freda lookalikes) are Sjanel Vosloo (also part of McCully Workshop) and Luella Holland. Both were in the original show at GrandWest.

Patrons will be encouraged to sing along to their favourite Abba songs like “Waterloo”, “Ring Ring”, “Chiquitita”, “Fernando”, “Money Money Money”, “Does Your Mother Know”, “Gimme Gimme”, “Voulez Vouz”, “Mama Mia”, “Dancing Queen” and many more.

Recently the show was performed in Robertson to a sell-out crowd.

V Tickets are R120 from Computicket.
