Four arrested for murder

Four suspects have been arrested following a triple murder in Lentegeur.

The arrests were as a result of prompt action by the Police Anti-Gang Unit and officers attached to the Lentegeur Police Station. The men, aged between 18 and 26, were arrested on Monday 4 February following the triple murder that had occurred in Lentegeur at 10:45 the same day.

The three men were shot by a group of men who were on foot. The shooting took place in Marguerite Street. The victims, aged 21, 28 and 34, are believed to have been gangsters.
