Two of the 10 most wanted criminals in Mitchell’s Plain have been arrested and now police are asking for help in arresting more criminal suspects.

All the wanted suspects have had appearances in court and were either released on bail or on warnings.

“We need help locating these people as they have been linked to crimes. In most cases they have missed their court appearances,” says police spokesperson Lieutenant Ian Williams Williams.

Charges range from theft to drugs.

1. Roger Gqiba from Site B in Khayelitsha is wanted in connection with a cigarette delivery van robbery in 2013.

2. Regina Nsona, a Malawian, worked as a domestic worker and assisted suspects in a house robbery last year.

3. Tukelo Sylvester Matsepe Barthanda, formerly from Mandela Park in Khayelitsha, is wanted in connection with a murder that took place in 1999.

4. Adrian Keating, alias Mal Boy, from Tafelsig is wanted in connection with a murder that took place in January.

5. Riaz Wilkinson of Hanover Park is wanted for the illegal possession of a firearm. He was arrested in 2014.

6. Graham Fisher from Lavender Hill is wanted for an attempted murder that took place in 2013.

7. Suleiman Lenting, alias Leiman, from Eastridge is wanted for a murder that took place in 2014.

8. Abdullah Galant from Manenberg is wanted for a murder and attempted murder in 1997.

9. Thembisile Ngwalankwala (no photo available) from Browns Farm in Philippi is wanted for a hijacking that took place in 2009.

10. Mzimkhula Situpa (no photo available) from Delft is wanted in connection with a murder that took place in 2005.
