2018-11-27 06:00

Join the 2018 South African Adaptive Surf team at Springboks in Newlands on Saturday 1 December from 19:00 .

They will be hosting a fun evening of surf stories, an adaptive surf documentary and live acoustic music.

The event is to help raise some funds to help get the team to the ISA World Adaptive Surfing Champs being held in La Jolla, San Diego, California, USA from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 16 December.

All the proceeds will go towards the teams flights, accommodation and entry fees.

There is a R50 entrance fee which also gets you a ticket to the lucky draw.

They have some prizes up for grabs and a few items to auction off that the avid surf fan will love.

Auction items include an autographed A3 canvas print by Jordy Smith, a JBay Open rashvest signed by current World Title contender Felipe Toledo (worn by the legend himself) and an SA cricket jersey signed by Morne Morkel.
