The sixth edition of the Investec Cape Town Art Fair (ICTAF) will take place from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 February at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

This time they have added a new section called Solo. This section is said to be aimed at focusing on the production of female artists, offering different perspectives of the widespread socio-political issues faced by women in both the public and private spheres, while also highlighting their contributions.

It is reported that for this edition, ICTAF has worked closely with a number of local and international galleries that support the artistic practices of emerging and established artists from around the world.

Local artist Lhola Amira from Woodstock is among many artists from around the world who will be showcasing their work at the fair.

The internationally recognised Nontobeko Ntombela will curate the fair alongside local curator, Tumelo Mosaka.
