The enormously popular Cape Town Motor Show is back and promises nothing short of fun and excitement with a broad appeal to all car and bike buffs and petrol heads, with entertainment for the whole family.

Now in its third year, the show will take place at the GrandWest on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March. Tickets are available from Computicket from R120 each. The show is on from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days.

This world-class, fully interactive motoring experience has grown every year. This year it features car manufacturers, dealer networks, bikes, trucks, a drifting show, music, family entertainment, three 4x4 tracks, the Dusty Rebels and the Bombshells, a VIP Zone and much more.

Adding to the excitement is the chance to drive off in a custom MG. This special project boasts a complete rebuild, some unique Cape Kustoms elements and a 3.9L Rover V8 motor. One lucky winner will win the keys to this beauty.

Elouise Matthys, the public relations and promotions manager at the GrandWest, says the show features an excellent range of domestic and imported passenger cars, bikes and trucks, as well as sport utility vehicles and concept cars.

“Visitors have the opportunity to see all sorts of vehicle accessories and auto-related exhibits, antique and collector cars, modified cars, virtual simulations and car wrapping. If you love cars or bikes you should not miss this incredible show,” she says.
