Naval firing at battery on Youth Day

The SA Naval Museum will be firing the nine-inch rifled muzzle-loading gun on Friday 16 June at noon. Access to the battery is via Dido Valley Road. Parking will be available on the parade ground. Spectators are to be present 30 minutes before the firing. Entry is at own risk. V Call Warrant Officer Harry Croome on 021 787 4635.
