PJ Powers live in the Cape

2018-05-22 06:00

PJ Powers will be live in Cape Town this week with a stripped-down show that looks at her colourful career spanning the last 35 years.

Accompanied by the world-renowned stick-man, Barry van Zyl, on percussion and her long-time band member, Tigger Reunert, on guitar and vocals, the trio promise to weave a beautiful thread through her hits and provide a platform for her to regale audiences in a light-hearted and hilarious jaunt.

She will perform at Cafe Roux in Noordhoek on Wednesday 23 May and in Cape Town on Shortmarket Street on Thursday 24 May.

Performances at both venues will start at 19:00 and tickets cost R150.
