Rocking for a cause

Rocking 4 Cancer, an annual fundraiser event in aid of organisations fighting the impact of cancer across the Cape Flats, will kick off in Rylands this September.

Members from the group will this year raise funds in aid of local non-profit organisation Love Your Nuts, which raises awareness around testicular cancer.

The event kicks off at 20:00 on Friday 7 September at West End Super Club and includes a live performances from local artists, including Tasneem, Brendt Wayne, The Unknown Dance Crew, Che-V, Lea Hart, Ashur Petersen, The Monroe’s, No S’wett, Toxic, Chuckie from TRO – The Real Ones and Mel Jo Pel.

Pre-sold tickets cost R60 per person or R80 at the entrance.

The first 100 guests will receive free goodie bags and have access to snack platters and shots on the day. V Email rocking4cancer@gmail.com.
