Womandla! Women Power! The “Herstory” of Mosaic by Rolene Miller will be launched at the Jacob Gitlin Library on Wednesday 30 January at 17:30 for 18:00.

Miller established the Mosaic NGO 25 years ago in response to high levels of violence against women, in particular domestic violence.

This is the story of a ground-breaking organisation and its founder, committed to empowering survivors and creating a society free of abuse. Miller has received numerous awards and nominations for her incredible work in the fields of gender-based violence and domestic abuse. Entry is free but attendees are urged to RSVP to 021 462 5088 or admin@gitlinlibrary.co.za.

The book will be on sale for R230.00
