Taxi driver shooting investigated

Hout Bay police are looking for suspects involved in the shooting of a taxi driver today, Wednesday 21 November at about 07:35.

According to police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Tanya Lesch, the driver was shot in the arms and legs.

“He sustained gunshot wounds to his arms and legs. He is currently receiving hospital treatment. Police are following up all leads.”

Lesch says police have not made any arrests yet.
