Cape Town traffic officers arrested one of the worst offenders with more than 100 outstanding warrants on Tuesday this week.

The 41-year-old man’s arrest was part of Operation Reclaim, City of Cape Town Traffic Services’ Richard Coleman says.

“The suspect, who features on the list of Top 100 offenders, has 102 outstanding warrants, totalling R86 710.”

He appeared in the Cape Town Municipal Court and was released on R43 000 bail.

He will appear in court again on Wednesday 8 August.
