Three arrested for Camps Bay shooting

Three Mitchell’s Plain men are expected to appear in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday (19 April) following a shooting at a nightclub in Camps Bay. 

According to Camps Bay Police station commander, Captain Keith Chandler, the shooting occurred at Caprice on Monday (17 April).

He says two people were injured. One person was shot in the abdomen and the other shot in the arm. 

Chandler says a few minutes after the shooting, Camps Bay police arrested three men from Mitchell’s Plain aged between 25 and 33. 
At this stage the motive for the shooting is unknown.
