The 2019 Bayview u.16 Youth Cup held during the weekend went off with great success.

Held at Bayview FC home grounds in Strandfontein, spectators were in for sporting action that showcased young talent.

The competition was held from Saturday 15 to yesterday (Monday 17 June).

A whopping R10 000 was up for grabs for the winners. The competition was established five years ago by Bayview to promote sport as an outlet for youth, keeping them involved in positive activity and away from drugs, gangsterism and crime.

People’s Post returned as the official print media partner.
