If you have not already bought your ticket to the second annual Perfectly Posh High Tea, then you are almost out of luck as less than 10 tickets are left.

The event will promote health and beauty during a morning of great company and entertainment, all for a charitable cause.

Pair your best frock with some comfortable kicks and enjoy the morning with like-minded women, giving back to the community.This year’s event will be in aid of Chic Mamas Do Care and The LifeMatters Foundation and will feature local motivational speakers, entertainers and each guest can expect a goodie bag filled with samples and vouchers from various sponsors. This includes a voucher from motivational speaker Verity Price, who has a 21-day programme aimed at living a better life, valued at R350 per person. There will also be lucky draws, a fashion show and much more to look forward to.

V The Perfectly Posh High Tea, presented by People’s Post and Spec-Savers in support of The LifeMatters Foundation (LMF) and Chic Mamas Do Care, takes place on the morning of Thursday 2 May at the Vineyard Hotel. The theme of this year’s event is Live your best life and will feature local comedian Mel Jones as MC; Women’s Health deputy editor, Wanita Nicol; former singer/songwriter now sought-after keynote speaker, Verity Price; and Annalize Sainsbury who lasted 38 days, finishing in third place, on Survivor South Africa: Philippines. Tickets are available from Webtickets at R350. A portion of the ticket sales will fund much-needed educational items used in LMF’s numeracy programmes. Each lady attending the Perfectly Posh High Tea is encouraged to bring an item (or few) of “pre-loved” clothing to help stock the Chic Mamas boutiques. Plenty of prizes will be up for grabs, including vouchers, spa days and hampers by Spec-Savers, SSISA, Cosmetix, The Healing Room, The Duchess, FitChef, Chic Mamas, Verity Price, Ruff Tung, African Extracts. Vida E Caffè, Spec-Savers Cavendish/Canal Walk, Dilma Teas and more. Each guest will also receive a goodie bag filled with products, samples and vouchers from our sponsors.
