YMCA wants more volunteers for youth work

Cape Town YMCA seeks a new intake of volunteers to join their signature youth development programmes team based in ­Observatory.

Volunteers are also offered free wifi, use of the youth resource centre, daily nutritious lunch as well as a transport stipend. It is advantageous to have a valid driver’s licence and be multilingual.

To apply you can download the volunteer application form from their website (www.capetownymca.org) and complete the form.

Send the form with your CV to admin@­ymcacapetown.org.za or fax your application form with your CV to 021 447 6275.

Applicants must have a passion to work with youth.

Responsibilities includes basic and general administration as well as reporting on youth programme activities.

The closing date is Tuesday 28 February.
