Amakhosi officially instated

FOUR traditional leaders were officially instated by the magistrate’s court under the Ugu Traditional Leaders’ House on Thursday in a meeting at the Hibiscus council chambers.

Inkosi UDlamini of KwaFodo Traditinal Council in Mzwabantu, Inkosi Ngcobo of KwaNyuswa Traditional Council in uMzumbe, Inkosi Shozi of eMalangeni Traditional Council in Vulamehlo and Inkosi Jali of Nhlangano Traditional Council in Vulamehlo were sworn in before amakhosi of the Ugu Local house and Magistrate King from the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court.

The amakhosi signed an oath and were officially welcomed to council by King.

King also advised the amakhosi to seek advice and information when uncertain about procedures from other amakhosi who have been sitting in the house before them
