HARD work paid off for Dickson Aboagye when he obtained his Masters degree in the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth on 16 April.

Aboagye has been in South Africa for 18 years and is a teacher in a rural school in the Ugu District.

He took it upon himself to pursue his education in South Africa.

“I am now qualified to be a development economist or analyst, I am proud of myself.”
