THE Quattro King of the Sea 2015 is once again going to be hosted by Pumula Beach Hotel over the weekend of 22 to 24 May. With this being its fifth year, it pits kayak, jet ski and ski boats up against each other on the South Coast to see who can grab the coveted title of Quattro King of the Sea for 2015. This is a highly competitive event with over 150 competitors going against each other for the share of over R400 000 in prizes. Once again families are welcome to join in on the fun, whether staying at the hotel or not. Saturday from 12pm is when the action really starts and anyone can participate in the festivitiesm, which include big-screen TV for the rugby, wine tasting, seafood braai with crayfish and fish that was caught that day, treasure hunt and mini-fishing competitions for the children, lucky draws, live bands and much more to look forward to. The overall King of the Sea title is up for grabs as well as category winners for kayak, jet ski and ski boat. This is event is said by many to be the best family fishing competition-festival on the KwaZulu-Natal coast.

If you have entered the Quattro King of the Sea before you will know it is a fun-filled event, with great fishing, awesome prizes and great atmosphere with over 900 people in attendance.

First prize is R20 000 and a whole lot of tackle and other prizes taking the total to R40 000.

Top category for ski boat, jet ski and kayak is worth R20 000 per category

Prizes go down to 20th place.

Top “cray” prize is worth over R15 000.

At the moment there are 15 holidays to give away and other lucky draws.
