LOCAL body builder Francisca Labuschagne will be representing South Africa in Poland after winning a gold medal at the provincial International Federation of Body-building and Fitness Championships held in Durban on 4 September. Lubuschagne took first position in the bikini fitness contest and is now going to represent the country.

She said it gives her great pleasure to go this far and she sure will make the country proud.

“I won in my division and I took home a gold trophy. I made KwaZulu-Natal proud as I had hoped and I’m officially a South African champion just after my first competition. It is a great honour,” said Lubuschagne. She will be leaving for Poland on 10 November and the competition will be on 12 and 13 November.
