THE South Coast Chamber of Commerce and Industry held their monthly business breakfast at Mojo’s at the South Coast Mall in Shelly beach last Tuesday, September 18.

Addressing the group of business leaders at the fully booked breakfast event was managing director at the Jackson Leadership and Management Institute (JLMI) Kurt Jackson.

With over 10 years experience in his field, Jackson has delivered face-to-face training and consulting to 17 countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australasia, and North America.

He spoke on the leadership, management, productivity, strategy, business and vision in companies and equipped business owners with useful insight into managing their businesses.

“My main goal as the co-founder and managing director of JLMI is to ensure that organisations have a trusted partner who can help them improve productivity, wellness and engagement at work through carefully designed and well-facilitated courses and consulting,” said Jackson.

“Through JLMI Business School’s rural development initiative, we provide a platform to students who do not have access to higher education. Providing qualifications to these underprivileged youth will have a direct impact on their communities’ economic outlook,” he said.
