AS part of creating awareness about cancer on World Cancer Day on 4 February, CANSA Port Shepstone will host a morning of yoga on Umtwentweni beach.

Robyn Briggs of CANSA said they invite the community of the South Coast to be part of their morning with Keri Miller of East Coast Radio and KZN CANSA Active co-ordinator, Tess Tjasink.

“Join us for feel-good fun, by taking part in yoga on the beach and a healthy breakfast from Umthunzi Hotel. The programme starts with registration on the beach from 7.30am,” said Briggs

She encouraged those who join in to bring some cash for lucky draw activities, which will be part of the programme. “The cost for the programme is R50 per person and funds collected go to CANSA."

For more information, contact CANSA Port Shepstone on 039 682 7680 or Briggs on 082 497 2985.
