WORDS of wisdom and inspiration were shared at the Norwegian Settlers’ Church two-day seminar with guest speaker, Dr Lydia Meshoe. She delivered a speech inspiring women and families to get busy and contribute positively to the society.

In her address, Dr Meshoe said that one of the reasons so many things go wrong in communities was because people sat back and did nothing.

“It seems as though the world is upside down but we can turn it right side up.

“Prayer and action is the answer to all our problems.” Meshoe said.

Meshoe expressed her concern about the reports of abuse against woman and children, the senseless violence and corruption.

“The good people outnumber the bad by 100 to one and it is in our hands to change our communities by reporting the things we know are wrong,” Meshoe said.
