PRO-VISION Golf and Social Club hosted their Golf awards banquet on Saturday December 1 at Izotsha Creek, Shelly Beach. Showing their appreciation for Port Shepstone Country Club, who gives the group a well-maintained course to play on throughout the year, Pro-vision honoured Kevin Lancaster, the chairperson of the Port Shepstone Country Club, and his wife, Lesley Lancaster. The founders of the club were acknowledged and members were applauded for their hard work that contributed to a successful year. The club traditionally makes a generous donation to a charity organisation at their awards evening, and this year Port Shepstone Child Welfare was chosen and recognised for the work they put into the community. At the end of the evening it was evident who would be awarded “Player of the year”. With of a table full of trophies, Ricky Naidoo proudly received Pro-vision’s outstanding player award. “I put my best foot forward this year and gave it my best, practice definitely makes for a good game of golf. It’s an honor to be part of Pro-vision Golf and social club, I look forward to next year,” said Naidoo.
