Free fitness dance classes in Gamalakhe

FITNESS fanatics in Gamalakhe can look forward to dance fitness classes to be held at the Sizanani Recreation Centre starting from 16 December until January. This initiative is part of 16 Days of Activism.

Organiser Robynn Niemack of Impact Africa said the #FIT4ACTIVISM is a platform to inspire all participants to celebrate who they are. “The aim is to create a strong sense of identity in participants so that they know they are valuable and valued,” said Niemack.

The #FIT4ACTIVISM campaign is done in partnership with Esayidi FET College.

Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable fitness gear and running shoes. They must also bring a towel and a bottle of water. For more information, contact Niemack on 076 730 7982.
