EVERY individual seeks a healthy, tranquil and stress-free life. Contrary to popular belief, this is attainable by having a balanced lifestyle.

To achieve it, the body, mind and soul must be in harmony. The body requires proper nourishment with adequate nutrition, aided by the absence of red meat, alcohol, excess sugar, fat and salt. Moderation is the key to good eating habits.

The body also needs exercise or some physical activity to keep flexible. Hence, the intake of medication may be reduced, but not totally eliminated. The mind has to be continually motivated, by adopting a positive attitude, reading inspiring literature and practising affirmation.

Problems will always surface, but by being logical and compromising, one will be able to cope. And an ardent soul seeks and praises God.
