ICAD Margate Air Show this weekend

BEACH, braais and big blue skies is Ugu South Coast Tourism’s pay-off line this December, so what better way to end the year than looking up at the blue sky watching some of South Africa’s best aviation specialists.

The 2016 ICAD Margate Airshow will feature some of the big names in Aviation, along with the South African Air Force (SAAF) and South African Police Services (SAPS). Impala Jets, SAAF Silver Falcons, Microlight and Gyrocopter fly-pasts, Vintage Tiger Moth, the Flying Lions Aerobatic Formation, the SAPS Task Force Parachute and Capability Demonstration and the AN2 Skydivers are just some of the breathtaking aero-pros who will be strutting their stuff in the skies.

Diarise 10 December and bring the family and friends to the Margate Airport.

It’s free and promises to be a day of exhilarating fun in the sun. Bring a deck chair, sun lotion and your camera and sit back for some spectacular viewing. Please note that no alcohol will be allowed on the airport premises however the Margate Light Plane Club will be open where alcohol will on sale. And if you are feeling peckish boerie rolls and vetkoek and mince will also be available.
