Licensing department’s ‘system glitches’

FROM being asked to repay already paid services to them being rendered invalid despite being paid for, the Fever has received several complaints from motorists who said visiting the licensing department was more often than not an “irksome experience”.

In another incident Port Shepstone High School pupil Coral-Lee Worsnip said her alleged “system glitch” experience resulted in an assault.

Coral-Lee (17) from Umtentweni said when she went to write her learner driver’s test she had previously booked and paid R190 for, she was turned away due to “non-payment”.
