The KSA Arnold’s Classic karate Championship is one of the most popular sporting games in the world and the only one on the African continent were all sporting code compete at the same time in South Africa.

Sports Karate was one of the sporting codes at the championships and KSA had a ranking tournament where only the top 10 athletes in the country were invited.

Shihan Frank Moodley from the academy said they were very proud of the two athletes.

“We are proud to announce that Suid Natal Martial Arts Academy has two top 10 athletes in the country who were invited to compete at the event,” said Moodley.

He said the Arnold’s Classic Karate Championship also attracted international teams from other African countries, including Congo and Mauritius.

“Congratulations to Tyler and Wian. The tournament was very tough and the level of competition was extremely high with just over 400 entries of the best of the top 10 ranked in the country,” said Moodley.
