Local karate champ makes region proud

TYLER Hogan from Suid Natal Martial Arts Academy has made the Ugu Karate Region proud, yet again, when he

represented KZN Karate Federation at the Karate South Africa National Championship held at the Tongaat Sports Hall on March 24 and 25.

Tyler received a silver medal for boys 14 to 15 years old kata. He is currently ranked number three in South Africa for kata in this division.

On May 4 and 5, the champ will be participating in the KSA league Championships in Bloemfontein and the Arnold Classic from May 18 to 20. - Supplied.
