THE Margate community sports organisation, Lifezone, hosted soccer matches for teams from the Masinenge and Nositha communities at the Margate Park on Saturday.

Margate and Nositha drew 2-2, before moving to a penalty shoot-out and Margate won 4-3.

Masinenge beat Margate 2-0.

Chairperson Lungelo Keswa said the day had a positive atmosphere to it.

“All teams brought spectators from their communities and everyone was excited. The day was great.”
