AEROBICS, soccer, netball, a fun walk and a many other activities were on the programme for municipal staff at the Ugu Sports Day which took place at Margate Sports School last Thursday.

Various teams participated from the different local offices and departments and the results were as follows.

In soccer, the winners were Bazley (Connor) team and second was the Oslo Beach team. The man of the match was Ayanda Mkhwanazi and the top goal scorer was awarded to Aubrey T.K. Mndaweni.

In netball , the Harding team took the first position followed by Bazley and third was the Oslo Beach team.

Mastering the check board in a game of chess Themba Gcaba was the champion, Mthandeni Ngcobo was the first runner up and Elliot Nhlangoti was second runner up.
