AS Novic Industries celebrate their first birthday, they reflect on their journey up to this point and what has driven the company to offer top-class service to clients.

Novic Industries drills boreholes and is based in KZN and the Eastern Cape, with the head office in Port Shepstone.

The company was started by Victor van der Merwe and Nova Coetzee.

Over time they have trained and passed the passion they have for what they do to their die-hard team members - three field service teams, administration and marketing ladies.

Today the company boasts a staff complement of 16 after starting the company with only four people.

Although the company is a year old, they have been in the industry for over 10 years.

During that time, they have come to appreciate the responsibility vested on them of providing fresh and clean water as well as a livelihood to other people.

Novic Industries is registered with the Borehole Water Association and the Ground Water Association.

The company is against fracking as it will affect water.
