STARTING this week, the Rawson Property Group is partnering with South Coast Fever in distributing your favourite newspaper in Uvongo. The Rawson staff will be handing out the Fever every Thursday morning at the Spar traffic lights on Marine Drive.

Affectionately known as the “Rawson Family”, the Rawson Property Group was founded in 1982 by William “Bill” Rawson.

They have always considered their business a family of property professionals, who share, and are connected by the same values and culture, driven by the goal of helping people along their journey of owning and enjoying property that is right for them.

That vision has been at the centre of the business’s evolution into a full-service estate agency group with close on 200 franchises across South Africa.

Rawson Properties and Rentals Hibiscus Coast was established in 2014 and specialise in:

• properties - selling and letting residential property, free property valuations;

• rentals - administration and rentals; and

• holiday accommodation - rentals and administration.

Being part of large “family” Rawsons also has an inter-office referral system for sales and rentals outside the South Coast area, including Rawson Finance bond originators.

With the expansion and demand for property sales on the KwaZulu-Natal Lower South Coast, Rawson Hibiscus Coast is opening a satellite office in Port Edward to fulfill the needs from Southbroom to Port Edward. An expansion to cover from Hibberdene to Port Shepstone is currently in motion.

Contact the Rawson main office in Uvongo on 039 315 1198, 039 312 0267 or
