RAMSGATE Lions embarked on their “toy run” and collected toys from the schools they partnered with - Margate Primary and South City Christian College.

Wilma Nevin of the Lions said the collection was a huge success.

“Altogether 12 bikers pitched for the school toy collection and a lot of fun was had by bikers, pupils and their teachers.”

Nevins said they appreciate the support received from the schools, pupils, teachers and parents. This weekend the Mass Ride will take place from South Coast Mall.

“The Biker Toy Run takes place this Sunday 8 November at 9hoo when motorcyclists will gather at the South Coast mall and ride together to the Ramsgate community hall to deliver their toys, all bikers and public are welcome to attend,” said Nevins.
