Run, cycle, wheelchair and walk

THE South Coast Hospice invites the community to its 5km and 10km Run, Walk and Cycle event which will be held at the Uvongo Pier, Lillicrona Boulevard on March 21.

Hospice fund-raiser BT King said those that would like to join them in their wheelchairs, prams, walkers and crutches are most welcome.

King said registration starts at 7.30am and the start time for the walk run and cycle is 8am. Snacks and entertainment will be available after the event.The cost to participate is R25 for adults and R15 for school.

She said the more people come the more the fun. “All the funds raised will go towards Hospice’s Quality, Palliative Care in our own community.”
