Thank you for dagga article

TO say I am thrilled with the South Coast Fever would be an understatement.

Last week’s article by Johan Pretorius on cannabis and the question of should it be legalised was a breath of fresh air. Accolades to you for bringing the medicinal properties of this amazing plant to the attention of your readers.

Yes, there will be the people who want it legalised for recreational purposes, but the majority of the campaigning, here and abroad, is for the amount of illnesses and diseases it can help with.

It has a range of benefits that no pharmaceuticals can come near. I personally know four people who use cannabis oil for cancer symptoms and the results are astounding.

Just to leave you with a thought for all the “antis” – Larry King had four members of law enforcement on his talk show. He posed the question, “If alcohol and marijuana were both illegal, which would you legalise?” They all replied marijuana. Why? Because no officer had ever been called to a domestic violence case, motor vehicle accident or murder scene where “dagga” or “weed” was the cause.
